Installing New Interface

New Interface Requirements

To see the new interface your monitor?s resolution must be 1200 x 800 or above.
Resolutions under 1200 x 800 will open the old (current) interface

Installing New Interface

If you have not installed the courseware or installing the courseware to a new computer, skip Step 1.

Step 1: Delete Courseware Files

Note: Delete the downloaded courseware file if you have the file on your computer. (EX: class_diver, class_interp, class_car files)

Windows:

Open ?My Computer? or ?Computer?
Select Local Disk (C) - This is your hard drive.
Find the ClassCDmaterial folder.
Delete the ClassCDmaterial folder
Empty the Recycling bin

Macintosh:

Open MacintoshHD.
Locate the ClassCDmaterial folder

Delete the ClassCDmaterial folder

Empty the Trash can

Step 2 - Download and Install the Courseware

Log in to your Faulkner Media account and click on Software Downloads to download and install the courseware.

Download(s) may take hours to download if all students are downloading the courseware at the same time.
