Buyer Dispute - Charge Back
Problem: You have done a charge back with your credit card company and now you need to pay charge back fees to reinstate your account. Solution: There are two options
1. Multiple Charges: You had two (or more) charges and did a charge back for one (or the other remaining charges). This results in you paying for one download registration. You only have to pay the Charge Back Fee of $40.00. To do this, add the product to the shopping cart and complete the check out process. 2. Single Charge: You had one charge and did a charge back. You will now need to pay for the course along with the charge back fee. This is a total of $111.00 ($70+$40). To do this, add the product to the shopping cart and complete the check out process.
