How To Download, Purchase, Register & Install Course Software

Step-By-Step Instructions

The Steps

1. Download the courseware file.
2. Open the downloaded course file.
3. Purchase the courseware registration.
4. Complete the courseware registration.
5. Complete the courseware installation.

NOTE: Disable your Virus/Firewall software until the installation is completed.

Step 1: Download the Courseware File.

Go to http://www.faulknerpress.com/store and select the course you need.
Click on the Download button or scroll down on the page.
Select the file link for your computer (Mac or PC-Windows) to save the file to your computer.

Step 2: Open the Downloaded Course File.

Once the download has finished, find the file on your computer and open it.

For PC-Windows, the file will extract and the program will open, bringing you to the Application Assistant.
For Macintosh, the file will extract and a folder will come up. Double-click on the course name file (or button) to bring up the Application Assistant.

Step 3: Purchase the Courseware Registration.

Once the Application Assistant is up, click on "Click to Begin" on the bottom left to access the registration webpage.
Select ?Purchase Registration? and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Step 4: Complete the Courseware Registration.

Login to your Faulkner Media Account. http://myaccount.faulknermedia.com/MyAccount/
Record your Registration Code and Serial Key located at the top of the page.
Check/ click the I have read license agreement at the top of the form.
You can now fill out the Application Assistant. (Date check is automatic.)
If you have a question about one of the fields, click on the ??? next to the field.

Step 5: Complete the Courseware Installation.

As soon as you type in the last digit of the serial key, installation will begin.
(Installation time will vary according to computer model and operating system.)
Once the installation is complete, you can open the courseware with the icon on the desktop.

NOTE: After the installation, reactivate your Virus/Firewall software.
